For which do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To maintain contact;
- A good and efficient service;
- To process administrative data;
- To improve our service;
- Send invoices and to administer payments;
- The fulfilment of legal obligations.

We process your personal data on the basis of the agreement concluded with you or to be concluded with you. We will not use your data for any other purposes.

With whom do we share this information?
Your personal data may be shared with third parties. Of course we will not do this without good cause. For some activities we engage third parties. View, modify and delete
You have the right to adjust, modify or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your permission for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Ticketsplus. You also have the right to data portability.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send your personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization that you mentioned. You may send a request for access, correction, deletion, transfer of your personal data or request for review of the processing of your personal data to support@ticketsplus.nl.

For how long do we keep your personal data?
We don’t keep your personal data for any longer than we need it for the purposes for which we have collected it or for the purposes for which we reuse it. We have a retention policy. In there is determined for how long we keep your personal data.

In specific situations we can keep the data longer than in the prescribed retention period. For example, if you have submitted a complaint it is necessary that we keep the underlying data for a longer period.
